Yes/No Hardness Tablets are a cost effective means of water hardness analysis and provide quick results on site. They provide an extremely simple method of analysis of water parameters and are particularly useful for the routine control of industrial waters such as boiler water.

Add a tablet(s) to the water sample from softener as per test kit instructions (eg. 2 tablets in 50ml or t tablet in 10ml) and shake to disintegrate.

GREEN colour indicates water soft. RED color indicates water is hard and softener needs re-integration or attention.

Colour change takes place at 20mg/l Hardness as CaCo3 on a 10ml sample.
