The SUNTEC J oil pump is designed for oil burners with medium capacity, ranging from 400 to 3000 kW. This pump features a built-in pressure-regulating valve and can be obtained with or without a cut-off function.

COMPATIBILITY

• Suitable for light and medium oil, HVO, and B100 (as per DIN SPEC 51603-6 or EN 14124 definitions
• Compatible with both one or two-pipe systems.
• Typically used in conjunction with an in-line solenoid valve.

PUMP OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The gear set functions by pulling oil from the tank, passing it through the integrated filter, and conveying it to the valve responsible for controlling oil pressure within the nozzle line. Any oil that does not proceed through the nozzle line will be redirected via the valve. In a two-pipe installation, it returns to the return line, whereas in a one-pipe setup, it returns to the suction port within the gear set. In the latter scenario, it's essential to remove the by-pass plug from the return port and seal the return port with a steel plug and washer.
