Introducing the NEW ScaleBreak PulseFlo™ GDS-200, a high-efficiency, mobile, clean-in-place (CIP) pump system for medium-volume descaling applications ranging from 50 to 500 gallons (189 - 1893 liters). It is made from highly corrosion-resistant materials that ensure safe, rapid circulation of ScaleBreak high-performance scale-removal chemical. 

It features an innovative flow-reversal valve that allows operators to instantly reverse circulation, without disconnecting hoses, to evacuate gases and foam generated during descaling, accelerating scale removal, and improving cleaning efficiency. It simplifies post-cleaning rinsing with an integrated freshwater flush to safely rinse the pump, hoses, and equipment without reconfiguring hose connections.

It is highly portable and compact, making it ideal for operating in tight spaces.  

It is equipped with a 50-gallon (189,3 liter) polyethylene tank and a 3/4 HP 115V motor to deliver a maximum 50 GPM flow rate to tackle demanding applications like:

• Boilers and water heaters
• Steam generators
• Condensers and chillers
• Cooling coils and water-cooled rolls
• Injection molding machine coolers, mold tools, and extruder barrels 
• All types of heat exchangers
