Applications :
Stir well before and during use. Apply by brush to previously cleaned surfaces free from rust, dirt, oil grease etc. In normal circumstances stag a can be used with or without packing in accordance with normal pipefitting practice. Stag A should be reinforced with wick or hemp when the joint is liable to extremes of temperature or pressure.

Use methylated spirits for cleaning off when re-making Stag joints, thinning paste if necessary or cleaning brushes. Paste can be removed from hands using a proprietary waterless hand cleaner.
