Riello RLS 38 UV Detector Photocell
The Riello Photocell detects whether the burner has fired and if it is maintaining a stable flame.

Without this important component it can be difficult to detect wether the burner is cycling on and off or shutting down at random.

This Riello Photocell is an essential part of maintaining the safety of your burner system by providing monitored feedback to the PCB control.

During start up the Photocell checks there isn't a flame in the chamber and then allows the PCB to beging the next stage and establish a flame.

When lit the Riello Photocell monitors the flame and in the event of a drop out the PCB initiates a burner lockout.
