Extension-style kits feature a plastic cutter block with dual (inch/metric) cutting indicators. A sliding, knurled nut adjusts the cutting radius. The plated, steel extension bars provide for cuts up to 37” (940mm) in diameter. Thumbscrew sets cutting blade depth up to 3/4”. 18” x 18” cutting board features a plastic non-slip, textured surface that reduces blade friction, minimises breakage, and self-heals after each use.
