GS 2000

GS 2000 is a combination of an oil filter, deaerator and shut-off valve. Designed to be installed on oil combustion plants run on a single pipe system. With this system, a return pipe to the tank becomes superfluous which on the one hand lowers costs and on the other reduces the risk of damage to the environment in the event of leaks.

Features
With this oil deaerator with the integrated filter, the usual housing with the deaerator valve on the upper side is a completely “closed system”

1. The air released when the oil is lifted up is collected in this “closed system”. A thin suction pipe

2. runs from the upper part of the system to the low pressure side of the Venturi device

3. in the feed pipe to the pump. If the pump of the oil burner is operating, first of all oil is lifted into the deaerator. The air separates into the upper bowl and is sucked by the Venturi device from the upper bowl and is finally defused and mixed with the oil going to the burner. This system on the one hand ensures there are no malfunctions of the burner and on the other, the separated air 1st mixed back into the system. The device must be vented before operation via the burner-pump or the vent screw at the top of the oil deaerator.
